I received a great deal of harassment and hostile resistance the last time I publicized my opinion on this topic, but in light of recent events, I will, once again, make it known that those who are giving the South Asian community and Greek life a horrible image still run amuck. This time however, I will say it in a more public and permanent, yet impersonal way than before.

Let me begin by saying that everyone makes mistakes, and there is nothing wrong with making a mistake. Greek life as a whole is riddled with human individuals who make a great deal of mistakes, this I won’t deny. However, it is not very often you find an organization that takes pride in its mistakes, harbors them, cultures, and keeps making them, further incorporating them with their very existence. Now, most people may think that it’s no ones business as to how certain “Greek” organizations conduct themselves, besides those who are part of those organizations. However, I say once more, this is not the case. The actions of such organizations will continue to drag society into the fiery and fecal pits of oblivion from where they emerged.

At first, based on a few personal encounters, it seemed to me that these organizations were simply taking in anyone and everyone that they could, then turning them into the horrid individuals that have essentially made these organizations. While this is true, it is not where it stops. I’ve come to realize that they have now begun to associate these “mistakes” with their recruitment and initiation.

Make an enemy out of our enemies, and you’re in.

Does this make them rare, if not unique? Indeed. Regardless, a force such as this must exist in world to create some kind of equillibrium. The part I have trouble comprehending is the amount of pride they take in this cynical “uniqueness.”

The Facts

Why do I take the time and liberty to publish a message such as this one? Everyone has a limit. These individuals are a disgrace to humanity and a deep, dark, and incapacitating belmish in what’s left of the moral fabric of today’s society. I’ve seen too many people turned to animals at the hands of these organizations. The individuals in these organizations, particularly the leaders, have partaken in highly immoral actions that would disgust even the most cruel of men. I have listed these before, but in concession, I will not again.
